This cake is awesome!
Really good, especially the cream cheese frosting. Haven’t had better in a restaurant who charge $15 for a smaller serving.
A HUGE slice we split three ways! Incredibly moist cake, dense with carrots and what seemed to be pineapple and raisins(?) - it had a perfect balance of spice to balance with the creamy, sweet cream cheese frosting. Will order this every time it is available!

Pull this out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temp as you prep/bake the rest of your dinner.
