Trays are oven and microwave friendly.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

I don't make lasagna anymore its too much work so I tried a couple of the Lasagnas and to my surprise it was great, just like everything we have tried. I can't really express how getting these meals has made my life so much easier! Its actually fun to see what we enjoy the most!
We were really looking forward to our first time with the classic steak au poivre. It was almost a total disappointment. Your picture shows a larger pieces of meat with quite a bit of gravy. All your dishes seem to lack much in the way of sauce/gravy. Certainly not how your pictures look. The meat tasted like processed meat. I would be very curious to see what it really was. It certainly did not taste like any good meal to me. This was my impression and my husband who has dementia actually said the words. How bad is that?
The potatoes and the vegetables were good. However, I do not feel the meal. Was at all worth $20 and I feel you owe me a $20 credit. Could your manager please call me and address this issue 9283082804 Marcia Cossaboom. by the way, your drivers should know better to put the food over the fence rather than leave it outside of my fence. If you can, please make a note in my records to put it inside the fence thank you. I will continue to order from you. Some meals have been pretty good and we have not tried them all yet. It is a good service and I feel you usually provide good fresh food. We like that you were local and you are always very responsive with the ordering and the delivering, which is good. Thank you for your help.
